The Malverns Classic Demo Long Weekender costs £5.00 per person per day. Tickets are available now by clicking HERE.
The demo will run from the main arena at the following times:
Friday 28th August from 10:00 to 17:00, last hire out at 16:00.
Saturday 29th August from 10:00 to 17:00, last hire out at 16:00.
Sunday 30th August from 09:00 to 16:00, last hire out at 15:00.
The demo fleet that will be available is already the largest assembly of brands at an event to date. This will include eBikes along with regular pedal bikes with the following brands all booked on; Cannondale, Cotic (Fitted with Cane Creek Forks and Rear Shocks), Deviate, DMR, Fantic, Felt, Frog, Giant, GT, Haibike, Hope Technology, Identiti, Kona, KTM, Lapierre, Marin, Nukeproof, Orange, Pace, Pivot, Puky, Ridgeback, Rocky Mountain, Rose, Saracen, Scott Sports, Stanton, Stooge, Surly and Transition are all booked on.
Commonly Asked Questions.
Q1. How do I register? A. Online registration is on a first come, first served basis and we have limited availability per day with a cost of £5.00 plus a £0.50 booking fee per person per day.
Q2. Will I still need to purchase a festival entry ticket? A. Yes. Everyone that is entering the site will need to purchase an admission ticket. Please purchase your demo ticket at the same time as you purchase your admission ticket for the festival.
Q3. What is the age limit? A. Riders must be aged 13 years of age or older on the day of the demo. Anyone aged 13 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over for the duration of the demo.
Q4. What must I bring to the demo? A. Firstly: Please bring your ticket with you on the day; this can either be printed or on your mobile phone.
Secondly: Two pieces of Identification, all must be valid and in date (not expired) and match your booking name. Please note if you are under the age of 18 and don’t have a valid bank card you can use a parent/guardians bank card/ID to demo bikes. Please note they must be present with you at the demo registration.
1). Photographic I.D. Either a Passport or a modern picture Driving Licence.
2) Debit/Credit Card – Please note we will not charge your card.
Thirdly: Your own helmet and make sure it is correctly attached at all times. Your own pedals that should be in good working order with clean axle threads.
Q5. Where do I go to get started once onsite? A. Head to Race HQ which is located in the main finish arena and present your ticket (sent to your phone prior to the event). Please print this off and bring with you. This will speed up the registration process.
Q6. How long will I have to demo the bike of my choice? A. 45 minutes.
Q7. Where can I ride the demo bikes? A. Eastnor Deer Park is vast in size and you are able to ride anywhere in the park. You may also ride on any of the race courses as long as they are free and not being used for either practice or racing. The three enduro stages, Cross Country, Downhill, Quad Eliminator and Dual Slalom Tracks will be taped out throughout the event for you to ride.
Q8. Will there be medics and marshals available? A. Yes, we take rider safety very seriously and all courses will be covered by marshals and medics.
Q9. Can I reserve a bike or a time slot? A. Apologies no, everything will be on a first come, first served basis. Bikes will be available on the hour, every hour.
Q10. How many bikes can I ride in a day for my £5.00? A. Bikes will be available on the hour, every hour depending on availability. Please check the schedule above.
Q11. Can I leave my bike at the demo stand? A. Please leave your own bike securely locked up in a safe location as the demo brands are unable to look after your bike.
Q12. Can I use a demo bike to race on? A. Nice try, but apologies no.
